Shipping
We offer free shipping on domestic orders $100+ USD. Logistics providers we use include UPS, USPS and DHL. If you preorder an item, it will ship during the delivery timeframe listed on the product's page. If a preorder item is purchased with available items that are ready to ship, the available items will ship and the preorder item(s) will ship separately when they become available to ship.
Same-Day Local Delivery (U.S. only)
We offer same-day local delivery for $5 USD on purchases $50+ USD. When checking out, add a note to let our team know where to leave your order if you aren't home at the time of delivery. After a failed delivery attempt, our team will either ship the order to you or try again once more the following day. After that, your order will be cancelled if delivery is unsuccessful.
Returns
Not in love? No problem! Any item that is new, unused, and in the condition it was when purchased with original tags attached and packaging intact, is eligible for return within 14 days of its ship date. The return must be post-stamped within 14 days of the ship date to be eligible for a return. When our team receives your return, a refund will be issued in your original form of payment and a restocking fee of $6 will be deducted from your return amount. No shipping fees paid by the customer will be refunded. Any items returned outside of the 14-day term will be issued to you as a merchandise (store) credit. Items that are special ordered will only be returnable for merchandise credit. All international sales are final sale and all duties/taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. All items discounted at 40% or more as well as items included in the Cyber Sale and Final Sale collections (the discount at checkout is tagged as Cyber Sale or Final Sale) are final sale, no exceptions.
How to request a return
Need to ship an item back? Reach out to us via the "Contact us" page to receive a return authorization from our team or visit our return request page. Once our team provides your return authorization, you will receive a shipping label from us. Pack up what didn't work, affix the shipping label on the outside of the package, and drop it off with USPS or leave it in your mailbox to be picked up by USPS.
Exchange policy
If you ordered an item you're looking to exchange for another item, reach out to us and we'll work with you on how we can exchange it for you. No exchanges will be accepted 14 days after the item's ship date.
