Refund policy

Not in love? No problem! Any item that is new, unused, and in the condition it was when purchased with original tags attached and packaging intact is eligible for return within 14 days of its ship date. The return must be post-stamped within 14 days of the ship date to be eligible for a return. When our team receives your return, a refund will be issued in your original form of payment and a restocking fee of $6 will be deducted from your return amount. No shipping fees paid by the customer will be refunded. Any items returned outside of the 14-day term will be issued to you as a merchandise (store) credit. Items that are special ordered will only be returnable for merchandise credit. Brenmarke reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is worn, used, not in the condition it was when purchased, or customer fraud is detected. All international orders are final sale and all customs/duties/fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. All items discounted at 40% or more as well as items included in the Cyber Sale and Final Sale collections (the discount at checkout is tagged as Cyber Sale or Final Sale) are final sale, no exceptions. Any items included as gifts with purchase are complimentary - if paid items in a qualifying purchase are returned, the purchaser must return the gift(s) with the paid items that are being returned or the current retail price of the gifted item(s) will be deducted from the return amount.
